Black female cop Alicia tries to stay alive with a corrupt band of cops & a crime boss trying to kill her before she can get her body camera that has filmed their murders, & local citizens refusing to help her.
Professional conman Nicky takes Jesse under his wing, leaves her when they are successful in New Orleans, & years later meets her in Argentina, where he again is torn between love & money.
